As an Accountant you will…
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Continuously monitor of outstanding trade receivables and calculation of provisions for future credit losses
- Reconcile fixed assets, calculate depreciation on a monthly basis
- Register collected transactions – payments of banks, bank loans and financial products
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements
- Agree on withholding taxes and intra-group transactions and preparation of declarations for their submission to taxis
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Entry Requirements:
- Βachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Statistics /Economics or relevant field
- At least 3 years’ experience as an Accountant
- Hands on experience on ERP Software, at least 5 years (Preferably Entersoft, Pylon)
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written & verbal command of the English language
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Independent thinker with a growing mindset
- Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate accounting processes and systems

- Deal with guests & answer any questions regarding wine list
- Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
- Respond effectively to requests and complaints
- Pair & explain wines with tasting menu
- Update the wine list in coordination with the Wine Director
- Oversee cellar conditions, ensuring optimal storage
- Recommend food and wine pairings
Entry Requirements:
- WSET level 3 (or equivalent studies)
- Excellent command of English language both verbal and written

As a Spa Receptionist you will…
- Make reservations for all Spa treatments
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
- Greet guests courteously upon arrival
- Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities
- Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests regading spa services
- Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, report daily activity on log book
- Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on company ‘s standards
Entry Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written (a second language will be considered as an asset)

As Hr Coordinator you will…
- Implement Human Resources processes related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring guest services and colleague productivity and safety
- Strengthen team bonding between management team and line staff
- Work closely with the departments at all levels in communications and implementation of HR initiatives concerning all HR areas
- Maintain, accurate and complete employee records
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Prepare all the documents for HR policies and procedures
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, sickness
- Cooperate with Recruitment Management team to ensure efficient and high-quality coverage of vacancies
- Recruitment Process Administration (job ads tracking, screening, phone interviews, reporting)
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Plan and organize social and community activities (Employee Events, community actions, etc)
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Human Resources
- Excellent command of Greek & English language both verbal and written
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar position (previous HR experience within the luxury hospitality setting would be highly appreciated)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be familiar and knowledgeable of Greek legislation and processes.
- Strong verbal communication

As a Restaurant Manager you will…
- Plan, implement and manage the overall daily operations
- Manage and track inventory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients

Entry Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in hospitality/tourism will be an asset
- 3-4 years of experience in a managerial position in a fast paced environment
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
- A second foreign language will be considered as a plus
- Strong managerial and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage a large and diverse group of individuals

As a Spa Manager you will…
- Develop and execute wellness strategies
- Work as a key member of the hotel leadership team to ensure that the SPA forms a fundamental part of the overall guest experience at the hotel
- Review and ensure implementation of operating manual, policies and procedures, health and safety standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
- Manage the Spa and team of therapists to reach set performance goals
- Train staff members according to each therapy’s protocol and ensures that these protocols are followed by everyone
- Hold Revenue management for all Spa services and ensure Spa profitability
- Correlate guest satisfaction – guest experiences – repeat guest to higher profitability
- In consultation with the General Manager, determine wellness product grading for gym and spa (not limited to) advise on prioritization of renovations
Entry Requirements:
- Previous Experience in a similar position within a Hotel environment
- Knowledge of 5-star service standards
- Effective application of spa staffing models
- Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
- Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously

As a Yoga trainer you will…
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
- Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities & services

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will…
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all operational and administrative aspects and be able to prioritize the required level of engagement in both areas and take charge of the outlet and the department in his/her absence
- Support the Restaurant Manager to supervise the side duty schedules for all positions and ensure compliance and follow through
- Support the Restaurant Manager to supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet at all times and as assigned carry out monthly or more frequent walk-throughs with the respective engineering and housekeeping colleagues and follow up accordingly on the produced reports to achieve an immaculate environment
- Enforce and monitor all operational standards
- Oversee the daily operation of the outlet and manage shifts effectively to assure a smooth and effective overall operation
- Maintain a good relationship and steady communication with the Chef or Chef de Cuisine and his/her team, particularly during operation hours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests
- Organize and supervise staff shifts

As a Front Office Manager you will…
- Manage the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered
- Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue
- Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a positive working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient operations
- Ensure appropriate training for all team members, prepare work schedules, and compile feedback reports accordingly
- Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing employee standards and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture
- Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training
- Be aware and able to enforce all health and safety procedures
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

As a barista you will…
- Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery
- Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures
- Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards
- Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
- Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints
- Operate espresso & filter machines. Cleans machinery as needed
- Prepare coffee drinks, fresh juices & smoothies by following recipes and preparation techniques
- Upsell, while you ensure guests needs
Entry Requirements:
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry – Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
- Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology
- Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments
- Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions

As a Director of Wellness you will…
- Develop and execute wellness strategies
- Work as a key member of the hotel leadership team to ensure that the SPA forms a fundamental part of the overall guest experience at the hotel
- Review and ensure implementation of operating manual, policies and procedures, health and safety standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
- Manage the Spa and team of therapists to reach set performance goals set
- Trains staff members according to each therapy’s protocol and ensures that these protocols are followed by everyone
- Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities
- Hold Revenue management for all Spa services and ensure Spa profitability
- Set and monitor individual and collective goals in accordance with the company’s general incentive plan
- Correlate guest satisfaction – guest experiences – repeat guest to higher profitability
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
- In consultation with the General Manager, determine wellness product grading for gym and spa (not limited to) advise on prioritization of renovations
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable spa management experience
- Diploma/Current license in Spa therapies, like sound healing, watsu, sleeping classes etc
- Formally trained in nutrition/biology
- Knowledge of 5-star service standards
- Effective application of spa staffing models
- Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
- Sales – revenue oriented
- Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with the rest of the hotel departments

As a Sous Chef, You Will Be Responsible For:

Training and evaluating colleagues in collaboration with the Executive Chef

Qualifications:

Culinary school graduate

2–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in 4- or 5-star hotels is a plus)

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant is desirable

Fluent in spoken and written Greek (required)

Knowledge of English is a plus

Solid understanding of hygiene, food safety, and food handling practices
