As an Accountant you will…

  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Continuously monitor of outstanding trade receivables and calculation of provisions for future credit losses
  • Reconcile fixed assets, calculate depreciation on a monthly basis
  • Register collected transactions – payments of banks, bank loans and financial products
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements
  • Agree on withholding taxes and intra-group transactions and preparation of declarations for their submission to taxis
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Support month-end and year-end close process

Entry Requirements:

  • Βachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Statistics /Economics or relevant field
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Accountant
  • Hands on experience on ERP Software, at least 5 years (Preferably Entersoft, Pylon)
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written & verbal command of the English language
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Independent thinker with a growing mindset
  • Ability to leverage technology to simplify, improve and innovate accounting processes and systems

As Director of Revenue you will…

  • Maximize net room revenue by managing booking channels, inventory, and rates
  • Analyze and adapt to changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends
  • Design and apply the pricing strategy for each hotel to maximize RevPAR
  • Oversee the reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance
  • Manage stay restrictions and tactics in alignment with demand factors and distribution channels
  • Lead daily configuration, forecasting, and decision-making processes using revenue management systems
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to discuss and execute changes in the distribution plan
  • Create budget and ensure that each hotel meets its goals
  • Monitor competition

Entry Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly appreciated
  • Proven ability to manage revenue and reservations processes effectively
  • BSc in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)
  • MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered an asset
  • Expertise on SQL and/or Python and/or R will be considered an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple distribution channels and adapt strategies as needed

  • Κατανόηση και επίγνωση όλων των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών της εταιρείας που σχετίζονται με το Health & Safety
  • Έλεγχος πρώτων υλών για εξασφάλιση ποιότητας και αναφορά ελλείψεων
  • Συμμετέχετε στην καθημερινή προετοιμασία του φαγητού εντός του ξενοδοχείου
  • Συμβάλετε στην τήρηση των υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας και ασφάλειας

Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος σχολής μαγειρικής
  • Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον boutique ξενοδοχείου 4 ή 5 αστέρων
  • Απαραίτητη η γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και διαχείρισης τροφίμων
  • Εξοικείωση με τις νέες γαστρονομικές τάσεις
  • Δημιουργικότητα, προσαρμοστικότητα και διάθεση για εξέλιξη

  • Prepare food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards
  • Complete mise en place and set up stations
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

  • Deal with guests & answer any questions regarding wine list
  • Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
  • Respond effectively to requests and complaints
  • Pair & explain wines with tasting menu
  • Update the wine list in coordination with the Wine Director
  • Oversee cellar conditions, ensuring optimal storage
  • Recommend food and wine pairings

 

Entry Requirements:

  • WSET level 3 (or equivalent studies)
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written
  • Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments)
  • Be familiar with food and beverage industry’s technology
  • Upselling, organizational and communicational skills
  • Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries

  • Wine knowledge (accreditation / certificate)

As a Spa Therapist you will…

  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
  • Build up full knowledge of hotel facilities & services
  • Be responsible for all wellness related activities, and for the safety of the guests in the treatment room
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Individualize bodywork treatments that meet the guests needs and expectations
  • Be responsible for treatment rooms

Entry Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred
  • Degree/Diploma/Current license in Spa/Physiotherapy/Cosmetology

As a Spa Receptionist you will…

  • Make reservations for all Spa treatments
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
  • Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
  • Greet guests courteously upon arrival
  • Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities
  • Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests regading spa services
  • Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, report daily activity on log book
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on company ‘s standards

Entry Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written (a second language will be considered as an asset)

As Hr Coordinator you will…

  • Implement Human Resources processes related to the hotel’s daily operational needs ensuring guest services and colleague productivity and safety
  • Strengthen team bonding between management team and line staff
  • Work closely with the departments at all levels in communications and implementation of HR initiatives concerning all HR areas
  • Maintain, accurate and complete employee records
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Human Resources
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language both verbal and written

  • Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold clothing and other textile items
  • Remove stains from items using the appropriate procedures
  • Track which items belong to whom
  • Keep an updated inventory of laundry detergents

  • Plan, implement and manage the overall daily operations

As a Spa Manager you will…

  • Develop and execute wellness strategies
  • Work as a key member of the hotel leadership team to ensure that the SPA forms a fundamental part of the overall guest experience at the hotel
  • Review and ensure implementation of operating manual, policies and procedures, health and safety standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
  • Manage the Spa and team of therapists to reach set performance goals
  • Train staff members according to each therapy’s protocol and ensures that these protocols are followed by everyone
  • Hold Revenue management for all Spa services and ensure Spa profitability
  • Correlate guest satisfaction – guest experiences – repeat guest to higher profitability
  • In consultation with the General Manager, determine wellness product grading for gym and spa (not limited to) advise on prioritization of renovations

 

Entry Requirements:

  • Previous Experience in a similar position within a Hotel environment
  • Knowledge of 5-star service standards
  • Effective application of spa staffing models
  • Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
  • Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously

As a Yoga trainer you will…

  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety

Entry Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role. Previous 5-star hospitality experience is preferred
  • Degree/Diploma of Yoga education, preferred 200 HRS or 500 HRS accredited Yoga alliance proof
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

  • Be physically and mentally prepared to offer one or two yoga sessions a day on different levels (6 days working a week)

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will…

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all operational and administrative aspects and be able to prioritize the required level of engagement in both areas and take charge of the outlet and the department in his/her absence
  • Support the Restaurant Manager to supervise the side duty schedules for all positions and ensure compliance and follow through
  • Support the Restaurant Manager to supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet at all times and as assigned carry out monthly or more frequent walk-throughs with the respective engineering and housekeeping colleagues and follow up accordingly on the produced reports to achieve an immaculate environment
  • Enforce and monitor all operational standards
  • Oversee the daily operation of the outlet and manage shifts effectively to assure a smooth and effective overall operation
  • Maintain a good relationship and steady communication with the Chef or Chef de Cuisine and his/her team, particularly during operation hours
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests
  • Organize and supervise staff shifts
  • Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance (grooming standards, clean uniform, body odors)

 

Entry Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
  • A second foreign language will be considered as a plus

  • Manage the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service is delivered
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to maximize revenue
  • Ensure all front desk procedures are followed, including guest check-in and check-out, billing, and room assignments
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with other hotel departments to ensure teamwork and efficient operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • Να συνεργάζεστε εύρυθμα με άλλα τμήματα, όπως housekeeping και front desk για τη διασφάλιση των αναγκών συντήρησης συντήρησης του ξενοδοχείου
  • Να να έχετε γνώση και να τηρείτε καθημερινά όλες τις πολιτικές και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας που σχετίζονται με το Health & Safety

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή/και σχετική επαγγελματική πιστοποίηση
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρία

Entry Requirements:

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage industry – Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred

As a Director of Wellness you will…

  • Develop and execute wellness strategies
  • Work as a key member of the hotel leadership team to ensure that the SPA forms a fundamental part of the overall guest experience at the hotel
  • Review and ensure implementation of operating manual, policies and procedures, health and safety standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
  • Manage the Spa and team of therapists to reach set performance goals set
  • Trains staff members according to each therapy’s protocol and ensures that these protocols are followed by everyone
  • Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities
  • Hold Revenue management for all Spa services and ensure Spa profitability
  • Set and monitor individual and collective goals in accordance with the company’s general incentive plan
  • Correlate guest satisfaction – guest experiences – repeat guest to higher profitability
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
  • In consultation with the General Manager, determine wellness product grading for gym and spa (not limited to) advise on prioritization of renovations

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable spa management experience
  • Diploma/Current license in Spa therapies, like sound healing, watsu, sleeping classes etc
  • Formally trained in nutrition/biology
  • Knowledge of 5-star service standards
  • Effective application of spa staffing models
  • Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems
  • Sales – revenue oriented
  • Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic
  • Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with the rest of the hotel departments

  • Συμμετέχετε στο σχεδιασμό και στην προετοιμασία του φαγητού εντός του ξενοδοχείου
  • Εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση των συνεργατών σας, σε συνεργασία με τον Chef
  • Συμβάλλετε στην τήρηση των υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας και ασφάλειας

Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος σχολής μαγειρικής
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 2-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (προϋπηρεσία σε ξενοδοχείο 4 ή 5 αστέρων θα εκτιμηθεί)
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε fine dining εστιατόριο θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Απαραίτητη η γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας, προφορικά και γραπτά
